The sandwich that started it all.
We got the idea to turn our delicious bread into Sandwiches at the 2008 Taste of Key West. That's where the Ciabatta-Lotta was born. Our twist on the traditional New Orleans-style Muffuletta combines three meats, three cheeses, our own olive salad with our famous Ciabatta bread. The debut was a huge success and a sandwich shop was born.
The Ciabatta-Lotta features Boar's Head Ham, Mortadella, Salami, Provolone, Mozzarella & Swiss, with Olive Tapanade on Ciabatta Bread. It's a big sandwich, but it's the kind of sandwich that tastes even better the second day. Comes with a choice of Chips or our famous Homemade Potato Salad.
