We were forced into the Cuban Bread-making business, when the only Cuban bakery in town closed suddenly this past summer. Cuban bread is a unique product only found in Tampa, Miami and Key West. It makes great sandwiches, but it goes stale very quickly. That's why it's the only bread we bake 7 days a week.
